Refund and Return Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility, timelines, and exceptions for course purchases and other digital offerings.

1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Refunds are generally available only when less than 20% of paid course content has been consumed.
- If a course is removed by the platform for quality reasons, affected users may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds are not available for completed courses, downloadable one-time assets, or certificates already issued.
- Accounts involved in abuse, chargeback fraud, or policy violations may lose refund eligibility.
- Third-party payment processing fees may be non-refundable in some regions.
3. Return Policy for Digital Goods
- Digital products cannot be physically returned, so return requests are handled as refund requests.
- Once a downloadable asset has been substantially accessed, copied, or redistributed, returns are not supported.
- For accidental duplicate purchases, contact support for case-by-case resolution.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Eligible users can raise a refund request from Profile > Billing using the order tied to their registered account.
- You can also email legal@kalikemane.com with your order ID, registered email, and refund reason if you need manual support.
- Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 business days.
